"I wish the deck had been better cleaned before painting, specifically the small acorns and twigs in the cracks Now when we remove them it takes some of the paint off leaving an opening for moisture to permeate the wood. "Salesman was professional and informative, installers were prompt but did not look at the measurements before coming to install the awning, so they arrived with the wrong size brackets.  I had to wait an additional week for installation and was only offered a bbq set (which I initially declined since I don't bbq) as compensation for my inconvenience. Once the correct brackets were in hand the installers came and were quick and efficient with the installl.
