Dorchester only sells top quality. They also have the best warranty in the business. Working with them was like working with family. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Someone came to my home to explain the options and there was absolutely NO pressure to pick a certain one or to purchase at all. It took about 4 weeks for the awning to be made and about 45 min. to install. The installation team was incredible. Every step was explained to me. I would highly recommend this company. "Salesman was professional and informative, installers were prompt but did not look at the measurements before coming to install the awning, so they arrived with the wrong size brackets.  I had to wait an additional week for installation and was only offered a bbq set (which I initially declined since I don't bbq) as compensation for my inconvenience. Once the correct brackets were in hand the installers came and were quick and efficient with the installl.
