"We are so glad we went with Matt Silva & his team for our much-needed kitchen update. The finished result is functional, modern, and beautiful, as we had hoped. But the best part was working with this group of pros. Every person who was in/out of our house over the space of a few weeks was courteous and professional, respectful of our space, tolerant of our senior dog, and extremely meticulous in caring for our home as if it were their own. Matt visited us a few times before we committed to the work. Each time he answered a myriad of questions, showed product examples, made recommendations, and helped us decide on several key factors. Matt replied to emails promptly, and he always let us know when to expect team members to arrive. As with any reno, there were a couple minor snags but each was addressed promptly and to our full satisfaction. We can't say enough about how thoroughly these guys cleaned up every day. We never once tripped over a tool, found a nail on the floor, or had to worry about the dog getting into something he shouldn't. They sealed off our kitchen carefully, kept the yard gate closed as requested, and always covered the floor in the work zone. We used our own electrician but were very happy with the plumber, quartz supplier, and tile installers Matt coordinated. All of them showed up as scheduled and were as professional and thorough as Matt's core team. Honestly if this group did deck reno, exterior painting, and driveway paving we'd hired them for all those projects too. We have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Kitchen Tune-up of Peabody."

"Brian did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel. He was so respectful of our home and always left for the day by cleaning and sweeping. He kept us informed and made sure all parties were prompt and responsive (I.e plumber, electrician,etc). With 3 young kids and the stress that comes with remodeling a kitchen, we could not have picked a better person for the job! He even made friends with our dog! We highly recommend Brian."

"The travertine marble on our fireplace surround had cracked under its own weight and was pulling away from the wall. Superior gave the lowest quote and also had great reviews so we gave them a shot. The whole process was pleasant and painless - We were able to pick from any remnant they had on hand and found a nice honed granite. They told us it would unfortunately not be done until after the new year. Bill came out to do the template and asked if we were having Christmas dinner at our house - I said yes, and he said he would see if they can squeeze us in before the Holiday. Sure enough we got an appointment for Dec 18th. The installers were super friendly and nice - They got the job completed in a couple hours and it looks beautiful. There was no mess at all and everything looks great. I would call Superior again in a heartbeat."

"After using Jeff and his team on our kitchen remodel we knew he was the only one to do the major remodel of our guest and master bath. His attention to detail is extraordinary. The master was a major "strip to the studs" project. Gone is the seldom used jetted tub and hello to the walk in shower. If you want quick and cheap go somewhere else. If you want excellent quality at a reasonable price look no further."

"I was very happy that I decided to hire Ideal Home Improvement for the cabinet refacing piece of my kitchen remodel. The experience was completely painless. Alex is honest, skilled, professional, punctual, tidy and pleasant. He refaced the cabinets, removed a valance and other useless cabinet toppers (I don't know what they're called), built and installed new cabinet doors and installed pull out drawers in the bottom cabinets. He arrived on time each day and cleaned up afterwards. He did a beautiful job. There was a small nick on one of the cabinet doors that I probably wouldn't have noticed, but he noticed and ordered a replacement. As soon as it arrived, he contacted me about replacing it. I've received so many compliments on the cabinets. I highly recommend Ideal Home Improvement."

"Plain and simple … hire Mike, of MF Goodwin. He is everything and more most people are looking for in a contractor. If you are considering any home renovation – he is your guy! We’ve purchased 16 homes over the years and renovated most, working with many contractors and Mike is among the very best if not the best. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, great communicator, strong at follow through and has an extremely deep and talented network of contractors in other skilled areas in case you need them. He is a 10 in a max rating of 5. We purchased a 322 year old house and met with a few contractors to discuss renovating the kitchen, bathroom(s), screen room and a very long laundry list of other repairs/renovations that are ever present in an old home. We knew from our initial meeting that Mike was the guy. During that meeting Mike was thoughtful and didn’t just agree to our ideas to get the job. In fact, after that meeting, passed on our job because he was concerned that our plans for the kitchen renovation would not result in a finished product that we would ultimately be happy with. Needless to say, he responded well to our pleading and many months later, we couldn’t be happier with the end result of the renovations. Mike is on site and has a talented carpenter, Bruno, who works with him. Mike also referred talented plumbers, electricians, tile contractors, painters and masons – who were all also polite, professional and talented. Mike oversaw everything and all work met and or exceeded our expectations. I could easily go on . . . But I think my point is clear – you won’t be disappointed should you hire Mike to work on your home and on top of everything else – he is a really nice guy with an enjoyable sense of humor who is pleasant to have around!"
