"Richard is a wonderful person to work with. Great communication and very easy going. He knows his stuff! He was able to accomodate the design needed for additions in my 1949 Cape Cod style home, as well as redesign on the interior. He lived more than an hour away, but was willing to travel out to my home for measurements! This was a huge plus. He was able to coordinate the printing of blueprints, so I could pay for them and have them sent to my home, since he lived a distance away. I would highly recommend him to anyone, in need of an architect, for a project, on an older home. He was such a pleasure to work with!"

"David Harmon designed a wonderful half bath plus several closets. We love the end result- our friends are universally impressed. It had to be placed between an existing hallway and bedroom where space was tight. Yet David was able to configure it so that our elderly family members find it easy to use. He also did a required whole house plan. Not only our guests but also city inspectors liked the bathroom very much."

"Samuel, our architect, took the time to truly understand our needs and design preferences. He thoughtfully crafted a stunning addition to our home and meticulously oversaw its construction to ensure every detail was just right. We are incredibly grateful to Studio North Homes for their expertise and dedication."

"John was very responsive and great to work with. He turned around my framing plans in a little over a week."

"The workman are trustworthy and do a good job."

"Evolution design worked with me on designing and addition for a 100 and 5 year old house. We worked on the dimensions of the addition Plus the materials. Evolution understood the local zoning which was amazing that they knew that. We have not started construction. And evolution can help pull the permits and I'm considering them for that as well. All in all it was a long project but it was done efficiently, working with several of the staff an the departments."
