"Airtight did a great job from start to finish. Pre-mitigation testing showed radon levels ranging from 3-12 pCi/L, with an average above EPA recommendations. Accurate estimate, explained every step along the way. The actual job was complete in less than a day! Radon levels taken through the pilot holes were through the roof (150 pCi/L for one hole, average of 118 for all pilot holes)! Now the levels average at 1.7 pCi/L over a three day period, with only a single data point hitting 3. I highly recommend Airtight Radon Solutions, LLC for radon mitigation!"

"Radon is not something I knew much about, but after purchasing an AirThings air sensor and tracking the radon levels in my basement, I felt like this was causing some of my wife's breathing issues. I found two different companies on HomeAdvisor.com. Radon Systems LLC was a lot cheaper than the second company I met with. I spoke with Lori and she gave me a lot of great information about radon. She sent me an estimate very quickly and after making a decision to hire them, got me an appointment within a week. Nick came to do the work. He was very professional, wore a mask the whole time and did a very neat job. He cleaned up both inside and outside before he was done. I would highly recommend this company to my family, friends, and others looking for a radon mitigation system. Thanks Radon Systems LLC."

"very quick process much less involved than I imagined. Mold testing done then a few days later, solution applied everywhere downstairs. after process completed, company came back and did another test for mold."

"At the time of this review, there may be more steps to follow. My pre-mitigation test readings were 16.7. I found Dennis through HA, and he promptly got in touch by phone and explained what he would do to mitigate the radon and what it would cost to do so. His aim is to get the reading down to 2 or lower. He indicated that, depending on what the nature of construction of the building and the subsurface conditions, he might be able to do it in one step for a stated price, but it in some cases a second step might be needed, for an additional price (less than half the â one step priceâ ). He and his son came when scheduled, worked efficiently and neatly, but indicated when done that a second step might be needed depending on the results of a new radon test. Since we are not in the process of selling the property, Dennis suggested that I not commit to pay for a. Second step that might not be required based on new test results. I have now received the test results, which indicate that the step one process reduced the radon levels below the EPA recommended max, but not as low as Dennis would like to achieve. So I am in the process of â discussingâ with him whether and when to have him back to perform the second step. I appreciated Dennisâ s manner of dealing from the very start. He was very conscious of not causing me to incur extra costs."

"This is our first time buying a home and everything I read online made me feel I wasn't likely to find an inspector who actually took the time needed to really look at everything and give us a good inspection. I looked at 4 websites of inspection companies and chose Omega. The website provided information about Stuart and what his inspection covers. Our first call with him was pleasant and he was upfront about all the answers to our questions and the pricing. There were no surprises. He arrived early for the inspection, really took his time to examine, poke and test everything. He walked us through what he was looking at and explained any problems or lack of problems. He was very thorough and we'd recommend him to anyone! We'd also use him again if we have the need. You won't be disappointed with his service in any way!"

"I hired Erickson Foundation for radon mitigation. Job went smoothly. They communicated well, were very professional, and reviewed all potential options for the job with me. The system installation was done on time, professionally done, and well cleaned-up. The equipment is high quality, with the 10-year warranty being a big plus."

"Radon Systems LLC did a great job. I had a radon level of around 6.5 in my basement for years, and finally decided I needed to address it. After receiving 3 quotes, I had Dave from Radon Systems come over to do the job. I initially was resigned to having the PVC pipe go up the side of my house, but Dave found a way to run the piping inside the basement and go thru the garage, with only 18" of PVC sticking up past the garage roof. Excellent! And now my radon level is around 1.0 to 1.5 all the time. The entire job took half a day, and Dave was clean, respectful and easy to work with. I absolutely recommend them."

"Nick was very professional and showed up on time to drop off and pick up device. I would recommend him and his company."
