I’m a contractor and recently had the chance to work with Marcel from Airtight Radon Solutions LLC on a project for one of my clients. Marcel was fantastic to work with—professional, reliable, and really knows his stuff when it comes to radon mitigation. He showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and made sure the system was installed properly and efficiently. What I appreciated most was how smooth he made the process for both me and my client. The quality of his work gave everyone peace of mind, and he was respectful of the home throughout the job. Marcel is very attentive, quick to respond, and is able to explain problems / potential solutions in a way that’s easy for anyone to understand. He was able to add on a fan to convert our existing passive system to an active radon system quickly and at a very reasonable cost compared to competitors!

I have been monitoring my home’s radon levels for the past year with Airthings Radon device. About 3 weeks ago the radon level increased from 2.1 pCi/L to 23.0 pCi/L. The levels then stayed between 11.0 to 18 pCi/L. After researching Google Reviews, I called Marcel from Airtight Radon Solutions and he answered the phone. I asked for a quote and he offered to come to my house that same morning. Marcel explained the mitigation system he uses and the 7 year warranty. The next week he installed the mitigation system in about 3.5 hours. The radon levels are now 0.5 pCi/L in my basement. The system cost $2,150 which is more than reasonable. Great experience and I highly recommend this company.

Marcel performed a flawless installation of a Radon Mitigation system in my home. He thoroughly explained and shared testing results as he proceeded with the installation. He continually checked and rechecked his measurements and cuts making sure everything was level and plumb. I'm a very meticulous customer and I was completely satisfied with my new system. He left an instrument to monitor my radon levels for a few days just to be absolutely sure that everything is performing as it should be. If you need Radon Mitigation...I HIGHLY recommend Airtight Radon Solutions.

Airtight did a great job from start to finish. Pre-mitigation testing showed radon levels ranging from 3-12 pCi/L, with an average above EPA recommendations. Accurate estimate, explained every step along the way. The actual job was complete in less than a day! Radon levels taken through the pilot holes were through the roof (150 pCi/L for one hole, average of 118 for all pilot holes)! Now the levels average at 1.7 pCi/L over a three day period, with only a single data point hitting 3. I highly recommend Airtight Radon Solutions, LLC for radon mitigation!
