"When we need work done on the house we always call Bob @ Phalan Construction. My husband and I are very picky about the quality of work and Bob has always done a top knotch job. The most recent project was the re-tiling of a small second bathroom. The floor was very uneven which caused the toilet to leak. Bob completely gutted the bathroom floor and started over making it a new level surface. The tile came out great and he reinstalled the toilet which now does not leak or run! In addition, while there, we decided to have Bob replace some interior doors that were in rough shape and paint them. Again, did a great job. AND, we also had Bob install a tile blacksplash in our kitchen. The great thing about having Bob do the work is that he can do everything, we don't need to have multiple contractors, just one person that we can count on."

The previous owners had foam tile in each of the bedrooms with no floor underneath. Bob was super responsive and provided a very reasonable estimate for the three bedrooms worth of work. "Silvio and his crew are the absolute best. Hire them - you will be glad you did! Silvio came out the day that I called him, and I had a very fair quote from him that evening. He was very involved in the project, and I could always reach him when I needed to talk to him. They turned my small, neglected back and side yard into a place that brings me so much joy! They put up a new retaining wall, graded the back yard and put down sod, and installed a magnificent side patio. What a difference!! They also removed some old shrubs and landscaped with mulch and crushed stone. They even made a very cool rock garden out of the large boulders that they dug up from my back yard!
