When finished adding material, the proceeded to grind down the entire floor to make sure it was flat enough for our new vinyl floors. Their quoted price was extremely good and more than fair. Alex showed up on time for our initial meeting, scoped the job and provided a price on the spot. He followed up that evening with a written quote sent via email and I accepted the proposal. Alex indicated it would be 3 weeks before he could start - but he was able to start in 2. When I asked about a deposit, he said he would require one AFTER the materials were received. He called 1 week in advance before materials arrived, and was at my home when they arrived to make sure they were in the right spot. He said the job would take a week - it took a week. Every time there was a question during the work, he would stop and ask. No only am I really pleased with the quality of his work, the customer service received was exceptional.
