"We have a Sunsetter motorized retractable awning. I opened it on Saturday morning and it was broken. Wouldn’t fully expand, excess fabric hanging, etc. After a Google search, I found Sondrini. He responded immediately and had someone to my house within a couple of hours who able to safely secure the awning. Turns out we needed a new motor and we had one by that Friday. "Alex was the second estimate I received. He came over, checked out the area and promised a free estimate via email that evening. True to his promise, he emailed me a very fair estimate, I called him and accepted his proposal. I asked him regarding payment and he said to pay him when the job was done. He showed up on Monday, three days after the visit. He and his young helper started right in. Because heavy rains were expected they covered the area up tight. The next morning they began laying the pavers. I told him I needed to go to the grocery store and would be back in approx an hour. Upon my return I was amazed that they had the patio completely paved and were working on the finishing touches. This man is an excellent mason and very courteous to work with. I would highly recommend An Masonry for any of your masonry projects without a doubt."

Ty and his guys are extremely hard-working, professional and Ty did exactly what he said he would do. He went above and beyond the original plan by replacing rotted wood they found under the sliders to the patio with composite board and flashing. He made sure we were happy with plans before moving forward, kept us informed every step of the project, continually got our input and kept us appraised of the status of the work. He did a walk-through when it was completed to be sure we were pleased. The project was completed on time at the cost he estimated, and it is beautiful!!
