"The first guy that came out to clean my carpet, sofas and mattress did not do a good job at all. He rushed and finished a 2 hr cleaning job in 1 hour. I was very dissatisfied. I called carpet cleaning experts to complain and without hesitation they said they will send another guy out to re clean. Doug came out to clean the following week and this time the job was done right, he was thorough and professional, he even took pictures of the noticeable spots that was still on my sofas and carpet before he cleaned. After he was done cleaning, I was very happy with how much cleaner and better my carpet and sofas looked and smelled the second time around, and the spots were gone or much less noticeable. I will call and request Doug again if I should need them in the future."

While he was here I asked about a dryer vent cleaning and he said he could do it while he was here! I had him clean the vent. Great prompt service! Lorenzo was the very professional technician who contacted me prior to the appointment and he was extremely friendly and informed me along the way as he moved from room to room and underneath the crawlspace. He was also very helpful in repairing my ductwork that had become unattached over the last year. It all seemed very effortless for him and he made sure to clean up thoroughly. It took just over 3 hours at a reasonable fee for my small 1000 ft one level house. I will recommend them to friends and I will definitely hire them again. They also perform other services like deep steam cleaning of rugs. A wonderful experience overall."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"
