The master plumber worked efficiently and professionally and the job was completed in a few hours. The cost was determined from a standard table in a notebook but does not take into account the complexity of the job or whether materials are supplied by owner. Since I supplied most of the materials (plumber supplied valves and pipe and drain fittings) the price seemed rather high for around 3 hours work. 3.  The crew took good care of their tools and machinery and were obviously very skilled at operating their equipment even in tricky conditions.
4.  I was impressed to see how much detail went into setting the walls, and how carefully the mason laid the base of the wall.
5.  We found everyone on the crew to be friendly and responsive.
6.  The estimate included a few "touch up" jobs around the work area, some of which we had asked for, and other ideas that Dan suggested to improve our yard.  These were a small part of the overall project, but made a big difference and were very convenient to have finished all at one time.
