After inspecting the work that needed to be done, he provided several options and was very patient with the follow up questions. Once we finalized on the option, he worked very fast to get the necessary paperwork. He did all the work himself and with high quality. He even helped me with a contact with another contractor for something unrelated to the job that he was doing. Jack communicates very well, and he always answers e-mails and texts promptly. We highly recommend Jack, and we would gladly hire him for future projects."
