"I discovered a bat flying around in the attic on a Saturday afternoon. I reached out to Birch Hill and they responded immediately by text and email. As it wasn't an emergency, we scheduled a visit that Monday afternoon for Birch Hill to assess the situation. Birch Hill confirmed the bats and determined that they were probably getting in via a gap in the top of the roof. Birch Hill returned the next day and installed a Roof Guard product along the roof line to prevent access to the attic. They also installed a bat extraction tube for the bats to find their way out. They also recommended chimney caps on the top of our fireplace to prevent potential wildlife access. Additionally, they sealed various holes at the base of the siding of the house. Two weeks later, Birch Hill returned, checked out the attic, and removed the bat extraction tube on the roof, and put the finishing touches on sealing up the exit hole. SUCCESS. "Joel their sales rep assured us our apartments would be rotated so the inside of each unit was checked at least every six months. Got the bait and switch bc they never did this and we had a cockroach infestation that went on for a year. They lied to me and then their manager claimed “we don’t see it in the contract”. I want a refund. You’ve been doing nothing productive. I can lay my own ant traps for less than $2k a year."

My service is very wide ranged. I have many clients that just have me do virtually everything from here fall and spring clean up to taking care of there pool aan anything that might come about. Such as a roof jog or a garage they want built. Generally it is only me doing the work but from time to time I might have a helper. I tend to work time and materials but will give bids on jobs. Tends to work out to be a higher number. It's hard to forsee every possibilty in the job. I tend to bill on a weekly basis but if discussed, i will do sooner or when job is complete.
