"The company rapidly responded to the service request and booked an appointment with me in a timely fashion. Technician, John, arrived on time and did call 20-30 minutes prior to arrival. He was polite, profession and respected the property. Quickly diagnosed the issue and provided me with several options after showing me and explaining the issue with the fireplace. Fortunately the parts were in his truck and he was able to quickly effect a repair. Everything was cleaned up and he even cleaned the fireplace glass insert (this is a natural gas fireplace). "Hi, I have gotten duct work cleaning done in the past, and I would say they were average. The person who came to visit was on his phone most of the time, he didn't remove most of the inlet grills to do the cleaning. He used his cleaning gadget over the grills, which why I question the effectiveness of cleaning. And compared to my previous cleaning experiences, it was much shorter than I anticipated. Considering their attention to detail, and time spent on the job, I wouldn't hire them again. Price and communication was good, didn't have any issues there."

Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that.
