"Hi, I have gotten duct work cleaning done in the past, and I would say they were average. The person who came to visit was on his phone most of the time, he didn't remove most of the inlet grills to do the cleaning. He used his cleaning gadget over the grills, which why I question the effectiveness of cleaning. And compared to my previous cleaning experiences, it was much shorter than I anticipated. Considering their attention to detail, and time spent on the job, I wouldn't hire them again. Price and communication was good, didn't have any issues there."

"Pacific Stone did a nice job. Person in charge of scheduling measurements and installation was pleasant and courteous. Within a few days of my inquiry they came out to my house to take measurements and they brought samples to choose from. Installation was done within a few weeks after that. Took away the old countertops and sinks. They know what they're doing. One of the installers was actually the owner and they were prompt and professional and cleaned up well."

"Project came out well although I wasn't sure in the beginning. It seemed liked he wasn't sure how to complete the job but in retrospect I think it was the assembly instructions that were the problem. He was very methodical in his approach to the project and very thorough in his work, very satisfied with the outcome."
