The vacuum was taken up to my apt with the help of the elevator. They hooked up the large vacuum to the HvAC and suctioned the ducts. Then Lorenzo went one by one to each vent and vacuumed them. Had 9 vents total. They were at my place for arpund 3 hours. Lorenzo was friendly, humble and a good worker. It was easy to communicate with Vernon as well. Highly recommend ."
