"Al Sanchez Construction replaced some damaged piers at my house. The piers look great and they even explained to me that the reason the piers failed was due to the amount of water that was ponding on that side of the house and they offered me insights as to how to prevent that from occurring again. I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs foundation work done."

For maintenance, masonry will need repointing or replacing as damage or land shifting occurs, whereas stucco will need patching or refinishing as it tends to crack over time along with other types of wear-and-tear.

Certain towns and homeowner associations (HOAs) ban brick mailboxes because of the risk of obstruction. They are sometimes only permitted in cases where four or more homes share a mailbox. Homeowners may need to obtain special permits in some locations.
