"We found evidence of termite infestation. They responded quickly and inspected property the following day. Price was reasonable and employee was knowledgeable. He explained scope of work and options thoroughly. We added pest control as additional price was very reasonable. Work was performed the following day and we are satisfied with service."

"Critter Capture did an EXCELLENT job helping me with a terrible, horrifying infestation of flying squirrels in my home. I had been battling them and begging for help from another local pest control company and they just made things worse! They actually fed the babies because they used the wrong kind of traps. "Terminix was quick to respond and to get out here for a termite inspection, which is what we needed. However, they signed us up for pest control and said their agent would be out to care for us right away. So far haven’t seen him yet. Will give 5 stars if that turns out well."

"I called primarily because we had'nt used the insert in a few years and had gotten a wasp's nest in the chimney which was removed when we had the roof redone. I wanted to find out if a screen could be put on top to stop wasps from getting in. After being told they had had a 1 and 1/2 hour drive to get to me they could'nt do anything but put on a new cap for 400 to 500 dollars which would make it worth their while for the trip. They did'nt do a cleaning and were here for about 20 minutes. It was a special they were running for a cleaning and inspection.
