After we mutually agreed on the cost, Jarrod provided me with a timeline of scheduled work. This included tear off, new installation, and hauling off any debris. The job was completed exactly as we planned it. The crew showed up as promised and the work was completed three days later. The third day was mostly cleaning up and picking up nails, etc.
After the job was complete, I complimented the foreman Edgar on a superb job. Then on Friday 12/4, I traveled to Hewitt's Roofing Inc. office located in Ferriday, LA to take care of the payment for work completed. Cynthia and the office staff were professional and easy to work with. The invoice and warranty information was explained and I thanked them also for helping with the project.
I would recommend Hewitt's Roofing to anyone who is in need of a new roof.

I had one minor unexpected professionalism snafu with an office worker, but Jerod (owner) made no excuses and was willing to make it right without hesitation. My parents had used Jerod happily a little over a decade ago. Two months following my mother's passing, a severe spring storm caused enough damage, an entire replacement was necessary. Jerod worked with me to purchase an even better product than was being replaced. He has large crew that finished the entire job in less than ONE DAY!!! Even cleaning up after themselves was SUPERIOR AS WELL. Only my cats were unhappy with the work! (LOL - They couldn't get away from the loud noise of the large crew fast work!)
