The quote was a fair price. The whole job went so fast – from start to finish in 2.5 days! We did have a slight hiccup when the new wall fittings were being replaced with 1/2 inch instead of 3/8 inch ones– which would not have given enough pressure for waterflow. It caused us a slight panic, but Charles came immediately and it was corrected. Overall we had a good experience with Charles and his wife Lisa."
