"The faucet was leaking very badly. He spent time trying to fix it, had to get some parts but that did not work.
At that point he recommended that it would cost less for me to pick out a new faucet and he would install it.
He went on to another small job and I went to Lowes and got the faucet I wanted. He was back shortly and finished the job.
