"Five stars are simply not enough to express my satisfaction with the service provided by Reliable Plumbing. After multiple other companies failed me, their team quickly and professionally solved my drain clog issue, and supplied and installed my new tankless water heater. The technician was was knowledgeable, courteous, and explained everything throughout the process, and I love that they are a family owned business. They kept me informed every step of the way, gave me the price up front, and two receipts to show the extra materials they had to go purchase for the needed repairs. "Tim, the owner was friendly and he helped us initially pick out the colors. He told us there were roughly ten jobs ahead of us on the listing, and we were ok with that. His crew was nice and helped make the experience good overall. The only side note being that there was some confusion on fascia color which we had picked out. Even so, the issue was corrected and the painting and stain on the posts looks great.
