"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"We had a really good experience. The crew worked very hard, and did everything we asked. When some unexpected things come up in regards to replacing a skylight, we improvised and came up with a great solution. My husband climbed up on the roof to inspect the job, and the crew fixed everything he wanted changed. When they left, they took every single scrap of trash with them. Over the last year I have found 2 or 3 roofing tacks they missed, and we have almost 4000 sq. feet of roof. We were very pleased, the roof is beautiful, and we are happy we contracted with them. It was pricey, but we would do it again."

"He was good. We had some issues with the chimney at the top but we didn’t want to address it. He said the top needed something for $1200 but we haven’t fixed it. He was on time and he was a nice guy. It was real clean, he bought his own vacuum and cleaned up after himself. He was real careful about cleaning up his mess and I was impressed with that."

"We cannot get over how professional, fair and thorough Mr. Rainwater and his crew have been. Sheer excellence every step of the process has been his hallmark. He keeps his clients up-to-date on all costs and any issues that may occur. We were very pleased with the multiple paint jobs and drywall work he completed. His repair of our faucet revealed a deeper issue which he alerted us to and allowed us to guide how we wanted to move forward. Additionally, he informed us of roof maintenance concerns and we were able to discuss masonry projects. Frankly, it seems there's nothing he can't do! I recommend him without reservation. We will definitely use him for our future needs."

"These folks were very professional, but my expectation was different than the actual item delivered. I anticipated they would want to see photos, know dimensions, really "get" my room so they could help me with a design. I expected something that would reflect my room and help me visualize a design plan. You know a sketch that took in my window placement and size, doorways, t he fireplace, etc. They linked me to an online tool that asked several questions about my design style, I thought it was a great start, but it was actually THE input session. I did send along some photos as well. While I hope they were considered in the response I received, it wasn't really evident. What came back felt more like a moderately canned response built using a visual library of options on their side. I only completed two of the three rooms I was going to do, as the result wasn't quite what I was looking for. We'd have been more successful if the description was more detailed about the actual deliverable. Nice folks and thorough in their follow-up.
