The only thing that was not to my satisfaction was that the person I spoke to originally about my needs included a smoke detector and alarms yet I should have gotten door and window. I spent more than I had planned even though I returned the smoke detector. I think the alarms are very good and easy to handle. I'm happy with them."

They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. When cleaning out the fireplace, they did not even have a bucket to put the ashes in. We needed a new cleanout door, but they did not have any. They did not even clean out the ash from this area. They could not show us any photos or videos of the before or after cleaning"
