Mr. Brown got up on the roof and looked at the damage and while there saw hail damage across the entire roof which the insurance adjuster said there was none. Mr. Brown advised me to call the insurance company and have another adjuster come out . He dd not want to do the job as it might create problems with the hail damage claim. I hired him to come back and do several other jobs for me which turned out Great. He not only did the work but took pictures on his cell phone to show me what he did. He checked the exhaust vent for the stove and found that dirt doblers had built a nest on top of the trap door so it could not move freely to let the air out. Screen was installed to stop any further problems in the future. Mr. Brown also removed 2 toilets and replaced the wax rings and re-anchored them. I have hired Mr. Brown to return and do some paint work for me when his schedule will allow the work to be done."
