"We hired this company to put in a Pest Prevention System throughout a family member's home. She lives next to a farmer's field and when they cut the hay she gets mice. That is a common problem if you live next to a hayfield. They came, did a nice job, and while they were there added more insulation in her addict. She had further problems. They came back and went through the house looking for openings they could have missed. They found a few places that were potential issues and resecrued those very tiny openings. Pest prevention is a very hard business because it is a new concept, and finding every hole in a house as small as an eraser on a pencil is difficult. They did further work on the house and came back to check for any further problems. Then said if see anything to call them ASAP. A good company is not a perfect company. It is a company that stands behind their work. I'm happy we hired a company that does good work, and stands behind their work."
