You just don't find this very often. I love my windows, my shutters look fabulous; I've gotten messages left in my mailbox asking me where I got them. "My second floor was sinking toward the middle of the house. Charlie determined what needed to be done and had his men start the process of jacking up the second floor and installing the support needed since when originally built, the load bearing walls did not have the support needed. Despite being very busy, Charlie squeezed my job in and his guys showed up on time every day till the job was done. They were respectful, never slacked off, but worked constantly and cleaned up after themselves every day before they left. They did a great job! This was a very unique and difficult problem to resolve but Charlie and his crew did it and did it well and at a very reasonable cost. I am so happy with the job they did and will definitely hire them again."

"If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Apart from the first call, all other interactions with Evolution Drafting were a bait & switch. From the appt. date for site tech to measure my home, to the experience and skill set of the tech that was sent, to the lack of communication, the experience was awful. Deadlines were not met, no explanation or apology given; only excuses and partial/incorrect work was sent, seemingly in an attempt to appease me. When I did finally receive the initial two drafts of the "as-is" drawing, they had not even captured the exterior deck and facade (windows, doors, garage, etc.) at all, and this was noted from the beginning as the primary scope of work and primary reason for hiring them. Further, nearly every dimension in the "as-is" drawings that they sent me, was incorrect. Existing doors, walls, windows were missing in two iterations of the as-is drawings; delaying the ability to share the concept and desired renovation scopes until there was a correct baseline. The deposit paid was a complete waste as I waited 3+ weeks for the site tech's visit, then the drawings did not start until 3 days before the next milestone set was due to me. In checking dimensions like the length of my existing kitchen, placement of the main entry door to the home, etc., I found all of them to be incorrect. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They were dishonest, did not pay their site tech vendor on-time, causing him to contact me with threats of leaning the project before we even had drawings to submit to the city and the management and project coordinators made promises that they did not even attempt to keep or follow-up on promised communications."
