"I called Parrain's when my heat went out during one of our colder times a month or so ago. First, I talked with human beings, not machines. Second, they came as soon as possible. Third, they tried everything before replacing my heating unit. Fourth, they checked everything! They fixed everything. They even returned and replaced a section of my wheelchair ramp which had rotted!!!!! Not on the bill, an act of kindness. Fifth, the cost of all this was very reasonable. This team is amazing.
