"Our AC went out on 7/28 late in the evening. We were struggling to find a company that had availability to come out right away, or to even get a call back from other companies. I posted on Nextdoor asking if anyone in my area had recommendations for a company, and the owner commented on my post leaving his phone number. We called and he said he could come out that night - he came out at 9:30 at night (within ten minutes of us speaking to him on the phone). He was able to diagnose the issue, and had the AC working again within less than half-an-hour. He wasn't going to be able to get the needed part until the next morning, but he got our unit working in the meantime, and the next day sent a text exactly when he said he was going to, and showed up when he said he would, and got the work done timely. He responded right away and ordered 3 locks /covers. As soon as it came in, he headed to my home within hours. The job was done on time, clean, very professionally and within budget. We talked about security measures and he recommended to me security cameras that I could use for that purpose that would work within my budget and that he would install for me.
