Bruce is the only one who actually took the burner assembly apart, cleaned the burner which was covered with trash, and replaced the thermocoupler. After reassembling the burner unit, Bruce waited around for a few minutes to make sure everything was working properly. I am very impressed with his concern for customer satisfaction. Bruce is now my “go to” guy for all my plumbing needs."

We couldn't believe he made something so messed up look so good. Then we hired him to complete our master bathroom and it is just beautiful. He did a drawing of my vision for the space and outcome exactly what I dreamed it could be. We have hired him again for exterior work as well as hanging barndoors. Not sure there is anything he can't do. I'd say his master peices are bathrooms. You will not be disappointed if you use him!!!!"
