"I’ve had 5 plumbers come to my house to try and fix a problem I was having with my water heater. Bruce is the only one who actually took the burner assembly apart, cleaned the burner which was covered with trash, and replaced the thermocoupler. After reassembling the burner unit, Bruce waited around for a few minutes to make sure everything was working properly. I am very impressed with his concern for customer satisfaction. Bruce is now my “go to” guy for all my plumbing needs."

"Such a great experience. They were very kind from the start. The sales representative explained everything to me and how everything works and I loved the process and professionalism. He also worked with me to give me a price I would actually afford which I thought I wouldnâ t be able to afford it at first. They were able to give me the shower of my dreams. "Manuel and his partner were great and really knew what they were doing. I have never had a tub refinished before and was nervous about how it would turn out. But they both look brand new and amazing! They were extremely professional, showed up on time, and worked all day long. Extremely conscientious and paid attention to all of the details. No hidden fees. What they told me I would pay is what I paid. They didn't ask for any money up front to show up and start the job.
