"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

Steve answered all of our questions concerning the job. He was very knowledgeable in the products he was offering which made us feel comfortable, we received our quote by the next day decided to go with Allstate windows. "Over all it was OK.  I was not happy with how much time I had to spend picking up trash after they left - from strips of sharp metal, to dozens of screws every day for a week (literally), to their snack wrappers and drink cans every evening.  The house had been painted a few months prior to the roof job and they managed to gouge several pieces of newly painted wood from the sides of the house.  I was told it would not mildew and 2 years later it has and needs a cleaning.  Had they been honest about that, I would have gone with a darker color.

"I had a quote to re-roof my house, shingles on the main house and a flat asphalt rolled on the addition, from the company that did the roof inspection (Specialty). They did not bid the rolled portion and it took me two days to learn they do not do rolled. Because my house was in Midland, time was of the essence. Chris gave me a bid within a day and two days later they replaced both roofs plus repaired termite damage around the roof areas. Great job. Cleaned up and came back to replace the screens I had on the gutter. Would use them again in a flash if I were staying in the area."
