"We have had an ongoing moisture and condensation problem with our air conditioning system and ducts for 15 years approximately. Due to the mold that would develop, I had to move out of the house twice and was considering having to move out a third time for another round of mold remediation. We have had several people come in to try to address the problem by adjusting the AC system and remediate the mold, but no one ever got to the root of the problem. Dustin was able to look at our house and see the way the different systems of the home interacted to create the problem and identity what needed to happen to prevent the condensation and mold from returning. He was professional, conscientious and thorough, and he was able to troubleshoot difficult situations quickly. It has only been a week since they left our home. There is definitely a difference in the air quality, but time will tell whether sealing all the leaks, putting in moisture barriers, and adding insulation will work permanently. However, I am confident because he was able to look at the problem in such a unique, whole systems way."

"Mr. Ferrell first connected his computer to my computer via internet and worked for quite a few hours trying to determine what exactly was wrong. The next day he continued working from his computer for several hours. He determined he would have to have my desktop tower to complete the repair. He and my son met in Huntsville to exchange the tower. He then cleaned up a lot of what was wrong and reloaded Windows 10. He deleted the D: drive which had way too much memory allotted to it. The tower was returned and I plugged it all back together and it is working better than it did when I first purchased it. I would use him again and I recommend him highly to anyone needing computer updating and/or repair. His work is warrantied and he is very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful."
