Further, the secretary at the Smith AC office was very friendly as well, and they were quite prompt and getting a technician out to our place, in placing product orders, and in ensuring that our unit was working better. Additionally, we found the pricing for the products we purchased to be affordable, and the tech did not try to strong-arm us to purchase anything. Finally, for the past month, the products installed have improved the cooling performance of the AC, and the products are working as promised to ensure that the AC does not freeze up on cooler nights. Update: 01/21/2021 Smith Air sent Andrea out to us to have another look at our AC as the handler coil continues to freeze though a freeze stat was recently installed. Upon his arrival, we noticed how friendly and easy-going he was. After observing and analyzing the unit operation, he determined that the freeze stat was connected properly, hence, he was unsure as to why it is not performing well. However, we agreed that adding refrigerant as we were a bit low would help to lower the likelihood of the coil freezing until we resolved the freeze stat issue. So, after the refrigerant was added, we quickly noticed the house cooling faster. Over the next several days, we will continue working with Smith Air to hopefully resolve our problems with freeze stats. Throughout the visit of Andrea, he was friendly and fully willing to answer all our questions. He also provided professional, sensible explanations which my folks and I appreciated. We are truly grateful for the help of Andrea, and we are thankful for the commitment and understanding in working through this strange freeze stat problem. In all my years working with HVAC companies, I have never been as pleased and impressed as I have been with Smith Air. Thanks to you all."

"Living in an older home, we wondered if unseen molds and mildew were affecting our family’s health. Our allergy symptoms were becoming worse when at home and seemed to be better when we were away. We made an inquiry with Eagle to have our AC ducts cleaned; but their careful inspection and willingness to show us that with more effort, we could rid our home of rodents, pests, molds and mildew in attic affecting our home’s ventilation system. Eagle removed and replaced insulation with insulation treated with boric acid to deter pests. AC ducts were replaced, and vents were cleaned. They sealed off gaps between the attic and outside. The Eagle crew was professional and courteous. The foreman was onsite at all times making sure that we were satisfied with each stage of the job. It’s been 1 week and everyone at home reports having clearer eyes, less sneezing and coughing. We highly recommend Eagle."

"Having A&H come out and completely redo our attic insulation and air conditioner ducts felt like Christmas! Dustin is so friendly and a great person to do business with. The amount of work they did on our home was incredible. The crew was very professional and they completed the work in less than two days! If you're looking for a one stop shop to show your home some TLC give Dustin a call! They are the best! Work done: cleaning, disinfecting, pest prevention of attic; removal of old insulation, re-insulating, removal and replacement of ducts, sealing holes in roof and under house for pest prevention, cutting trees away from roof, installing moisture barrier under house, and sealing pipes. They even fixed some holes in my awning over my back patio! I'll be grateful for this amazing job done for years and years to come!"

Since I can do most of my services remotely with you over the phone, I am hoping to eventually open up to larger markets and help people from having to take their computer in to get it fixed, if it has internet access, I can usually fix it over the Internet. Just trying to do more to help my Angies List customers!!******** I am a sole proprietor that works out of my home. I am my only employee, but I have over 20 years experience fixing computers, and providing superior customer service. I work on a flat rate service, and don't charge by the hour because I feel it's important to educate the customer on what the issue is/was, and how to avoid it in the future. I feel that local service companies (my competition) have been overcharging customers for years. I offer a first time customer discount of 10% but I will offer 15% off for first time customers referred by Angies List. I've lived in the Huntsville area most all my life, so I know the area very well. I will never use a subcontractor as I am very picky about making sure that if my name and company is associated with something, it will be the best experience my customer has ever had, and using sub contractors won't ensure that, so I prefer to do all the work myself. Lastly, I should point out that I am a former offensive lineman for the University of Southern Mississippi and was Brett Favre's center his freshman year at Southern. I went on to play for Tom Landry in his last year, but gave up pro football early on to pursue my passion of fixing computers. If I didn't have bills to pay, I would do this for free because I love it! If you have a computer problem, I promise you that you couldn't find a better technician that will care about you as a customer, and not about the bottom line.
