"Since thereâ s no option for skirting, I used the two options above. Mr. Moses Martinez and crew have provided my wife and I a beautiful skirting and great addition to our aging double wide. The work provided has substantially uplifted the image of our place and given it a new perspective. Moses and his crew are knowledgeable about their craft, as well as being personable and relatable. Moses and his crew have integrity, are professional, and will finish the job in a timely manner. Apart from skirting, Moses and crew can also create a beautiful setup for your outdoor kitchen and/or provide a permanent, beautiful stone housing for your mailbox. I would recommend Mr. Moses Martinez StackStones, LLC for any and all of your outdoor kitchen, porch wrapping, and house wrapping needs. Thank you Moses and your crew!"

"Tanner was absolutely amazing! We had previously ordered a slab and was planning on using another local company however they got super backed up and would not have been able to get to our construction for weekSSSSS- Which would hold up our entire job. Tanner and the guys came out and made it happen in NO TIME!! He is super easy to work with! I Definitely recommend 10/10! Will be using them for any and all future needs!"

"I already had the structure so I hired pioneer building systems to come in and put in walls, plumbing, electrical, with installation of all major hardware. Both Cory and Kyle were heaven sent! They listened to what I envisioned and turned it into a reality."

Countertops and Backsplashes questions, answered by experts

No, you should not put hot pots or pans directly on epoxy countertops, as this can cause permanent damage. While epoxy is heat-resistant, it is not fully heatproof. Epoxy countertops can typically withstand temperatures ranging from 135°F to 300°F, but cookware directly from a stove or oven can reach much higher temperatures (300°F to 500°F). Placing an extremely hot item on the surface can cause it to melt, soften, or discolor. To protect the integrity and appearance of your countertops, always use a trivet, hot pad, pot holder, or other heat-resistant barrier before setting down hot cookware.

Recycled glass is a durable and sustainable countertop material that lends a unique look to any kitchen or bathroom. Whether or not it’s the right choice for your home hinges on your design preferences and budget. However, for many, it’s an excellent option to make your kitchen stand out if you don’t want to go with an option like quartz or quartzite.

Marble countertops are often considered better than limestone because of their superior durability and luxurious appearance. Marble is harder and less prone to scratching and denting, though it still requires maintenance and sealing to prevent stains and etching. Marble is typically more expensive, but its beautiful veining and range of colors offer a high-end look.

The angle at which you cut countertops depends on the material, your intended outcome, and the location of the cut. For example, rather than cutting a straight 90-degree angle for internal corners, cut edges at a 45-degree angle to give a clean, professional look. For outside edges, most homeowners want squared-off sides, so 90-degree angles can make the most sense there. Because you want to get angles exactly right to minimize seams and eliminate the need for patching, be sure to measure several times before cutting and use the right equipment to get sharp, accurate angles.

With proper care, Corian® countertops can last 20 to 30 years, and they typically come with a 10-year warranty. To maximize their longevity, it is important to fix any damage as soon as possible, clean up spills immediately, and address cosmetic issues promptly. Scratches, stains, and even burns can often be buffed out with sandpaper, and water stains can be treated with a specific water stain remover.
