We got three prices on the repair, roof replacement. Their price was in line with other quotes and we just felt more comfortable going with them after the initial contact. They were extremely professional and very clean throughout the two days it took to complete the project. We decided on roof replacement rather just repair the leaks as there were many issues with the old roof in this area. Their estimate was detailed and outlined what additional costs would be, if needed. We would highly recommend their services.

Fantastic! Communication was great. Once we called, they responded and came out to access the job. The estimate was in line with 3 other estimates we had. They set up a day to arrive and estimated it would take 2 days to complete the job. Everything was completely explained and our expectations were exceeded! They were able to able to complete the job in 1 day and everything was completed as described and their workers were very professional. Their follow up and walk around to ensure the the job was complete was amazing!

I called early in the morning when they opened. They had a service tech available and he was at the house in about 90 mins. He reviewed the damage, placed a temporary patch and provided me with a quote to finish the repair. The quote was acceptable and he needed to find the matching singles. He came back the next morning with the shingles and made the repair. I was very pleased with the repair and getting it done quickly.

David from Magnolia Roofing came by and arrived on time, inspected the damaged area and was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem. Every aspect of what was needed was explained and the price as very reasonable. I will definitely use Magnolia Roofing in the future, thanks Angie's List ?

It went very well. Very pleasant experience for a difficult event. My friends said the roofers should have used hammers instead of nail guns to nail the new shingles, however I am sure everything will be okay. The people at Magnolia were very punctual and quick to give an estimate for the new roof. They beat two other (word of mouth recommended ) roofing companies by a week to give my estimate. All was a good job.

I am Active Duty military and stationed overseas. They were completely understanding with me not being able to be there for the estimate or while the work was being completed. The work was completed on time and they were actually able to upgrade the type of shingle that I initially chose for the same price. Great work, very affordable and great customer service. I would def hire again.

After an initial inspection by Magnolia's service roofer. ( Who is extremely knowledgable ) We did an extensive internet research on shingles and installers. We settled on Magnolia and Atlas shingles because of the Atlas warranty and the ability and willingness to provide all shingles from one lot run. One of Magnolia's competitors wanted us to sign contracts before an insurance evaluation could be made and these contracts made them the insurance contact and the general contractor for the work. After talking with Magnolia's sales rep, we decided to contact our insurance company directly. Even though our roof was 20 years old, insurance provided the difference between our deductible and the cost of a new roof. Magnolia did NOT try to up sell us on things that we did not need. One of my neighbors dealt with the "other guy" and paid 50% more for a similar product. Work was done in less than 2 days. Worksite was cleaned after the first day. New chimney cap was installed. I asked for a change in the chimney cap which was done at no charge.
