He was able to diagnose the issue, and had the AC working again within less than half-an-hour. He wasn't going to be able to get the needed part until the next morning, but he got our unit working in the meantime, and the next day sent a text exactly when he said he was going to, and showed up when he said he would, and got the work done timely.
