Josh and Marty did a fantastic job installing 3 toilets, repairing some incorrectly installed pipes (installed by different company) under my sink and replacing the supply line to my dishwasher. "The new AC was originally installed in March of 2012.  The installation went smoothly and the workers left my home in as clean as they found it.  A few months later, I noticed the unit was running constantly so I called Surgi's and they sent out a repairman the next day.  He found the freon level was low and refilled it.  After a few days, when the problem continued, so I called Surgi's again and they sent the repairman out again.  He found the freon was low again, but was unable to find a leak to explain the lower level.  He then scheduled a time to come out and do a complete system diagnostic.  When he came again, he discovered there was no leak, but a faulty part.  The part was ordered and they came out a final time to fix the problem.  
While I wish the problem could have been fixed on the first visit, I appreciate the fact that Surgi's was dedicated to fixing the problem and continued to troubleshoot until they figured out the problem.
