"The new AC was originally installed in March of 2012.  The installation went smoothly and the workers left my home in as clean as they found it.  A few months later, I noticed the unit was running constantly so I called Surgi's and they sent out a repairman the next day.  He found the freon level was low and refilled it.  After a few days, when the problem continued, so I called Surgi's again and they sent the repairman out again.  He found the freon was low again, but was unable to find a leak to explain the lower level.  He then scheduled a time to come out and do a complete system diagnostic.  When he came again, he discovered there was no leak, but a faulty part.  The part was ordered and they came out a final time to fix the problem.  
While I wish the problem could have been fixed on the first visit, I appreciate the fact that Surgi's was dedicated to fixing the problem and continued to troubleshoot until they figured out the problem.
