"The plumber did a pretty good job opening the drain. He quoted me a price which I thought was reasonable and did the job. After a good job he asked how I was going to pay and i told him I would use a credit card. He got the numbers for the card and said that the invoice would be sent to my cell phone. I waited a couple of hours for the invoice to arrive and after 24 hours, I still haven't received the invoice. The payment is the only snag in this work transaction. I will call the business tomorrow and see where the invoice is floating. I would much rather have a paper invoice so I can verify that what he charged me is the actual price that was put on the credit card."

"When Mr. Scallon came to give us a price, we asked that he include some type of drainage, tree trim, and tree transplant. After we discussed it, we decided to just have the drainage done at this time. One of the factors in this decision was Mr. Scallon's lack of insurance that would cover such a dangerous tree trimming job.

The installation seemed to work We appreciate Mr. Scallon's work so much that we asked for a price on painting our porch, ramp and deck. He and his workers are here today cleaning and preparing the area for painting later in the week. I would definitely recommend his work to anyone.

"I called Bertucci Bros. this morning because I flushed my toilet and the water backed up in to my bathtub, water was also coming from under the toilet which almost flooded my bathroom. The response time was AMAZING...!!! A plumber was at my house in less than 3 hours. Upon looking at my plumbing problem he discovered a pipe under my house had separated. He had to dig some to repair the separated pipe and snake the main drain line to clear the clog. Total time at my home was less than 3 hours...!!! And the cost was extremely reasonable. "quick and easy. toilets draining very slowly, previous pump of tank from other vendor did not remove solids so tank filled up in 4 months again because old field failed (inadequate size). so thigpen put in additional smaller tank with pump to send to the ditch. came out next day after i called to diagnose, then back in a few days to dig and install. it took two guys over a few hours and problem solved. price as expected. guys professional and friendly. would use again."
