"My husband and I highly recommend Bob's Plumbing. Frank and his team, Mike & Ryan were terrific. We needed to replace our ancient water heater, and it was a very tricky job! We were impressed with their problem solving capabilities. They really do take pride in their work and took the extra time to do the job properly. Mike also rebuilt the flapper system in our toilet. Another company had installed the system improperly, and it had been running intermittently ever since. Now the toilet is quiet and works great, and with the high-quality Rheem water heater they installed, we never run out of hot water. We will be using and recommending Bob's Plumbing from now on. "The 5 star reviews said honest, efficient and timely. It just rang a bell for me so when I called friday after lunch he (Joel) told me staight up that he was booked on a job in town until mid-week and would not be availible 'til then. I said OK and would call him back. I shut off the water on friday and waited until wednesday. I called back wednesday morning and he said, "Hello George". We worked out a time and his "apprintace" (Daniel) was there right after lunch. A very nice young man. We looked at the situation, I came inside to check the dog then went back outside, Daniel was on the phone with his boss. When he got off he suggested a cheap possible fix. I said let's do it. The pipe was an old one connected to the shed which came down in Katrine, so we cut it off, changed the faucet and that did the trick ! His price was more than reasonable and Joel came by to check it all. Daniel and Joel are great guys and I'd recommend them to anybody ! Can I add a few more stars to this review ?! God bless you guys ! !"

"it went smooth. mudbugs was easy to stay in contact with and very easy to work with. we had to change the hours due to airport having to shut down runways (i know this happened more than 1 time)etc...they were very understanding and accommodating. yes I would call them again as everything went very smoothly."

"Great experience working with Jacob, listening to the issue, quickly diagnosing and confirming what work needed to be performed to resolve both the clogged drain and leaky piping underneath the sink and explaining the process all along. He promptly cleared the line using the hydro-jet and replaced the galvanized piping with PVC including the install of a new cleanout valve. Afterwards, he cleaned up the work area not leaving a mess which is appreciated. The price was reasonable considering the circumstances and he was very efficient. I will not hesitate to call them again if I have another plumbing issue and would recommend them for plumbing services."

"The work did not go well and they were there an entire day. A one zone install with a fifty foot pipe run in a ceiling with access. Two techs were sent to install the mini split. Unfortunately one tech was inexperienced in mini split installs as he does only service work (Dakota) and the other one totally useless (George). Dakota was very nice and did his best, but it was clearly obvious he was not an install specialist. He had no experience in flaring copper pipe and called his boss for help. George, his helper, literally sat down and watched me assist Dakota installing the lines in the ceiling. I would not suggest anyone use this company to install a unit. Not even sure I would have them service a unit. I now have to find a company to come out and check the work as I don’t believe the work was done correctly. The lines were never vacuumed and checked for pressure which is a standard during an install. Overall very poor quality work."
