I've done extensive remodeling and repair for a number of years. Have two people that work for me full time. Subcontractors are used only as needed and normally is only an electrician. The rest of the work is done by us. Both people that work for me have various talents and many years of experience. Both are trust worthy and I have never had any problem with either of them.

We suggest using a dedicated mildew and mold fungicide to remove mildew, which is found in any local home improvement store. Hardie board siding costs $7 to $18 per square foot, depending on the style, color, and trim. However, it lasts twice as long and often looks nicer, meaning you’ll see a higher bump in your home value and greater curb appeal from Hardie board.
