I must say, the experience could not have gone better.  It has rained a lot this year and actually, this was the 3rd time we had scheduled the wash.  Mitchell and his helper showed up at 5 pm (right on time) and proceeded to move the items which needed to be moved.  I didn't have to do anything!!  His soft wash system uses biodegradable cleaner which will not harm plants, or the environment.  Also, I have siding and wanted a soft wash so as not to push water behind the siding or remove paint.  They just went right to work.  I followed along inside to check on water coming through old windows and doors with towels.  He told me I would need to do this with my old house, however, I was already aware of it, and it gave me an opportunity to clean my window sills.   From the inside, I could see they were doing a good job.  The north side of my house and garage were very GREEN.  Now, it is CLEAN (!!!) as is the rest of my home, garage, and sidewalk, and front stairs.The job too approximately  3 hrs.  They were very pleasant (and smiled!!), professional, attentive to details, and wanted to please me.  I find this so rare these days.  I am thrilled.  The price was the lowest I have ever had for this service.  I hadn't had my house washed in at least 5-6 yrs because it has always cost about 3 times, wasn't a soft wash, the workers's lacked the professionalism, and attentions to detail--not a great job.  I will have Pro Wash back definitely and do my windows (outside and inside!) the next time.  I have had a parade of clowns in my house on so many jobs and was so jaded that anyone actually cared about the quality of their work.  Mitchell and Sean have renewed my faith in home service providers.
