"I placed an order for 3 tops down bottoms up cordless pleated blackout shades, to replace similar light filtering shades from another company. The shades were reasonably priced, arrived on time and fit correctly. However I'm unimpressed with their overall quality. Three things bother me about the blinds:
1) they are extremely noisy when being raised or lowered
2) they need to be adjusted for level every time they are raised or lowered
3) inside the upper housing, there is a string that appears to move as the blinds are raised or lowered. Since the string rubs against parts in the housing, it is likely it will eventually break.
I don't think I'd buy these again.

"It took two months to replace the window. All the people involved, from the lady who answers the phones, to the person in charge of the order and the installers, where friendly and professional. There were a few small communication issues, but I guess it's a busy office. I had to be proactive and call in when I had not heard from them in a while. The install was delayed a couple of times by rain, then they discovered the supplier had sent the wrong replacement pane. They had to order from a different company to get a quick delivery. But two months is too long to wait for a simple window pane replacement.
