His work associates, Chip and Trevor, work fast, they're very organized, and work like a routine machine. They did a professional job, fine Christian men, polite, friendly. Tommy gave us a senior discount (ask for it). We were very pleased at the outcome! We got several bids and liked Tommy's manner and product best. We also met him at the remodeling expo at Lamar Dixon - Ralph's from Gonzales hosted the event with lots of food and ideas. The windows are vinyl with lifetime warranty on labor and materials, including glass breakage. Tommy's product is Wincore Windows and Doors, out of Parkersburg, WV, and comes in a variety of colors and options. Tommy has completed 3 houses on Colonial, one on Rosale, and our 2 on Wartelle. "Levi Alfaro of LA Glass ;replaced the glass in our sliding glass door and did a wonderful job. The glass door was over sixty years old and replacement parts have not been available for years. About ten years ago, the rollers stopped working well and two glass companies were called to repair the rollers. Both companies declined to work on the doors saying that doors that old cannot be repaired but must be replaced. Levi, however, was able to replace the glass and repair the rollers. Levi kept the appointment time, spend hours installing replacement glass and adjusting the rollers, all for a reasonable price. I will certainly call on Levi again. Highly recommended. D. Then he painted the fascia on the gable and the caulked trim on the porch. Really good job. Impressed that without my saying he told me that he would wait for temps to warm up over 55. He also had great advice on cleaning fascia and soffit in the future. Highly recommend him. Will definitely hire him in the future for other projects."
