The two of them did a great job for the price but did not complete the job as they said they would while they did empty out the house. They said that they would take all of the trash that came out of the house and did not return when they said they would to complete taking the trash. "I had my bath room toilet pipe bust overnight. I woke up around 4 in the morning and I was standing in almost ankle deep water through most of my house. Gave your company a call and they were very prompt with instructions on what to do while waiting on them the show up, and they arrived within the hour(on a Sunday I might add) and was able to suck up all the water and leave dehumidifiers before any further damage occurred. Even though the situation was hectic, they were able to provide a pleasant service. It happened about 3 weeks ago, since then they have called and checked on me and and have continued to make sure no mold has been growing in my drywall. Will highly recommend Kermit and his crew to anyone that I talk to. Excellent company."
