On first visit I was charged $90.00 trip charge. On second visit I was charged $80.00 fee. Labor charge was $35.00 for first visit and $65.00 on second visit. No parts were needed on first visit. Second visit I needed two parts for my dryer. I checked with Sears parts and another parts distributor here and found that Sears charges $24.17 for one part and $3.99 for the other part. I was charged $54.99 and $10.99 for the second part. The parts distributor here had similar charges as Sears. So why was I charged double for one part and triple for the second part by Aleman's ?? Although the technician was only here for less then an hour on both visits and was knowledgeable about the appliance, there is no consistency on labor charges, trip fees and parts costs !!

"First trip was charged appropriately as no parts were needed and repair was completed in that single trip. Second trip charge (2 months later for a different appliance) should also have been $90.00 due to customer location. It was the servicers' mistake and we chose to "ignore" the undercharge as our loss. Labor charges were increased as parts were needed on this second appliance, requiring more knowledge for proper disassembly, part installation and reassembly for proper repair. Parts prices were compatible with in stock parts stores, not "online pricing.""
