"Do NOT use Surgi’s AC (Southern Air)!! They are crooks and totally wasted my time and I’m still waiting for them to refund my money. Eddie gave me a quote to move my condenser, $3763 but I could get a $513 “discount” for getting a membership with them ($239 for 2 AC PM’s a year) which came out to $3249. So I paid $239 to get membership and then they send a new quote and voila! No discount. They also charged me $89 for “service call” to come give me estimate to do work which they didn’t tell me about when I called. (My unit wasn’t broken, I just wanted it relocated in my yard.) Then no one will return my calls for two days!!! I finally got through to a manager (“we do honor our quotes, we just had a glitch in the system”) and I should be getting a refund after almost a week and half a dozen unanswered calls. Stay away!"

We were impressed with their problem solving capabilities. They really do take pride in their work and took the extra time to do the job properly. Mike also rebuilt the flapper system in our toilet. Another company had installed the system improperly, and it had been running intermittently ever since. Now the toilet is quiet and works great, and with the high-quality Rheem water heater they installed, we never run out of hot water. We will be using and recommending Bob's Plumbing from now on. "it went smooth. mudbugs was easy to stay in contact with and very easy to work with. we had to change the hours due to airport having to shut down runways (i know this happened more than 1 time)etc...they were very understanding and accommodating. yes I would call them again as everything went very smoothly."

"Great experience working with Jacob, listening to the issue, quickly diagnosing and confirming what work needed to be performed to resolve both the clogged drain and leaky piping underneath the sink and explaining the process all along. He promptly cleared the line using the hydro-jet and replaced the galvanized piping with PVC including the install of a new cleanout valve. Afterwards, he cleaned up the work area not leaving a mess which is appreciated. The price was reasonable considering the circumstances and he was very efficient. I will not hesitate to call them again if I have another plumbing issue and would recommend them for plumbing services."
