He did a good job but he never came back to finish the last little bit. There was one last little piece that he was supposed to come back and sand and paint but that didn't get done. However, his prices were, by far, the most reasonable.

The Old man did most of the work, the younger man did the painting and the board fixing. I have seen where the old man spliced the wall paper in spots, and it is coming off ! They do a poor job and I will NoT have them again!!!!!

You can remove your gutters before painting, but it's rarely required. Limewash also comes with some color variety using natural pigments, but you have fewer options than if you go with paint.

You technically can paint wires in a basement ceiling, but there are several important safety and code considerations. It's safe to paint non-metallic sheathed cable as long as the labeling remains visible. You can also paint low-voltage wires and conduit and junction boxes to help them blend into your basement.

However, you should not paint damaged or deteriorated wiring is a fire hazard because it poses a fire hazard.
