This company is NOT licensed nor do they have a home improvement registration, I have reported them to the LA contractors board and per the board they will receive a cease and desist order which means they legally will not be allowed to take on jobs or complete jobs. That being said be aware that if you hire them this order may come in the middle of your job and it will be left uncompleted. On the contract that we signed it stated â The Contractor is registered with the state as a contractor, and has a registration number of 45093583K expiring on 04/09/2024.â Which is their LLC number not a valid contractors license which makes the contract fraudulent per the DAâ s office. They have been reported to the DA and sheriff contractor fraud line. Hired this company on March 11th, 2023 as I write this review it is October 30. They were hired to do hurricane Laura repairs and renovations to my elderly parentsâ home and it has been a total nightmare. They came and demoâ d everything in March but since then they had only been coming once a week for approx 2-3 hours if that. Always have excuses (dentist appointments, truck broke, trailer broke, out of town, etc.). Over the last 9 weeks they have come on average once every 8 days. They came in July for 2 hours after I left a poor review. We agreed that I would take the review down if they started to show some progress towards competing the job. But after I took it down they stopped showing up, we asked when they were showing up until I put the review back. It was a lot of back and forth. Eventually we just fired them on October 15. Anyone can see that that is not how business should be done, home jobs canâ t be done one day a week for 5 going on 6 months. Eventually we got frustrated and just terminated them. Not only do they have poor customer service but their work is also very poor, not very experienced at all based on the work. I would also be very suspicious about some of these 5 star reviews placed after 8/3/23 as they are trying to get their average rating up. Some of these reviews are suspiciously under the names of some of their workers. They have been paid the full amount for the job over $43,000 and have yet to do even 50% of it. In June they even asked for an extra $200 a day to complete the job (texts to prove this), I didnâ t agree to that but these are the type of extortion/blackmail tactics theyâ ve tried. Iâ ve requested a refund for the amount that they havenâ t completed and they have yet to do that. Iâ m only asking for the money back for the â workâ they did not complete, not the whole amount. Theyâ ve ignored my text but have read receipts on so I know theyâ ve seen them. Currently, there are files lodged against them with the Louisiana Contractors Board, Lake Charles District Attorney, Calcaseiu Parish Sheriffs Department/Contractors Fraud Team. Weâ ve submitted pages of text messages, contracts, hour sheets, invoices etc to prove our case in court as well. The charges with the sheriff will be: contractor fraud, wire fraud, elderly abuse (financial fraud), property damage and extortion. I have also emailed every local insurance company and National company advising them to warn their clients about using this â company.â We made the mistake of not listening to the lowest rated reviews, donâ t make the same mistake we did. Please before hiring this company email me at
[email protected]. I created this email to give anyone proof and much more details including pictures of the work, contracts, texts, etc to prove that you should not hire them. Theyâ ll steal your money and if they do do any work youâ ll just have to hire someone else to redo it. Weâ ve hired someone else itâ s unbelievable how quickly they are getting work done compared to this company which shows itâ s not the job itâ s the company.
