Was very pleased with Tim at 123 Chimney sweep. He could have taken advantage of me since I believed the home inspector. He showed me that both dampers were fine. and he even took videos. Jim and Brandy arrived at the agreed date and time for the installations, which took about 3 hours.  Jim supplied some of the pipe fixtures and connections and the drain strainer I bought didn't fit so Jim supplied one. The fixtures look great and it is a welcome change to not hear a dripping kitchen faucet.  Jim said to give him a call if anything was not operating to expectation.  We are very happy with how it all turned out.
